As Owner and Principal Designer of InArch Consultancy Inc., she has spent more than 15 years helping local homeowners, investors, and business owners turn ideas into approved, buildable projects.
A BCIN-qualified Building Designer, Riddhi holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master’s in Urban Planning. That blend of design skill and planning knowledge shapes the way she works. Before anyone draws a single wall, she walks clients through zoning, Building Code requirements, and the municipal approval process, so costly surprises stay off the table.
InArch handles everything from residential permit drawings and custom homes to additions, legal basement apartments, and garden suites.
