In 2019, after a decade in the Real Estate industry, and the successful launch of our sister company, Tiger Property Management, a year earlier in 2018, we had the idea to form our own Real Estate company.
We had looked at franchise opportunities, but none of them seemed to encapsulate who we are and what we wanted to accomplish in the industry. None of them spoke to the needs of our clients and our purpose. The path was clear. If we wanted to do this right for the Client, the Agents and the Industry, forming our own company from scratch was the only guarantee that things would be done right…. for all time. We were going to be in charge of our own destiny.
From 2019 through to the summer of 2020, we worked hard out of the “Home Office”. Branding, Accounting, Operations, Human Resources, Capital and Finance, but most of all “identity”; who we
are, and what we stand for?
The name Kaleidoscope was chosen because it was symbolic of seeing the Real Estate industry, and specifically our Company in a new and beautiful way. We are different. More Service. More Personal Service. It was also a way of honouring a Founders late Father, who once owned a picture framing business called Kaleidoscope. He too saw things differently. It seemed perfect.
In November of 2020 Kaleidoscope incorporated and was granted
full status as a Real Estate Brokerage in December of 2020. The
following years 2021 through 2023 saw us open our first office at
60 Charles in Kitchener where we stand proudly serving the
community of Waterloo Region. Our mission and our identity
fully solidified. We are a Boutique Real Estate Company offering
Full Spectrum and Speciality Real Estate Services. More Service.
