I have been in the Real Estate Industry for well over a decade

I have degrees in Economics and Psychology, as well as Diplomas in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Wilfrid Laurier University. I have spent most of my Business career, better part of 43 years, as Management in the retail field, which has shaped my passion for client and customer service. I have built three successful businesses and I am always looking forward to the next challenge.
Although born in Toronto, I have made Waterloo Region my home
for over 50 years. I have a beautiful wife and three successful
kids. I love helping people succeed and grow. My speciality is
Real Estate Investment.
I am Kaleidoscope’s Key Administrator and Business partner. I am also the Owner of Tiger Property Management, our sister company. I have been in the “the business” for more than a decade and bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, and passion to both Kaleidoscope and Tiger from the Real Estate businesses.
Although born in Hong Kong, I have lived in the Ottawa Region and the Waterloo Region for the better part of 43 years. I speak two languages, Cantonese and English, and I am French Language certified. I hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of Waterloo in Psychology, and I have spent the better part of my career working as an administrator for the Crown Attorneys office, and now for the Waterloo Region Police Services.
I love Real Estate; I have a wealth of experience and I have a passion for my businesses. We formed Kaleidoscope because we knew we could do it better. More service. More personal service. One of our core values is joy. You have too incorporate Joy in life, in business, and in everything you do, or why bother? Seeing our Clients succeed brings immense Joy to me personally, and brings joy to the forefront for them. What an amazing gift to give. I have a passion for real estate. My speciality is Investment Real Estate.
Although I live in Cambridge, I am proud to serve the Region Of Waterloo. My love of Real Estate has always been there, hidden, slightly below the surface. I have always been a HGTV junkie, following every real estate and design show that came on. I had a never ending voice urging me that I would make Real Estate my career somehow, some way…
I attended Sheridan College for Interior Design after high school. This is where the passion started. My love for Architecture, Design and even Landscaping were all pulling me towards my passion for Real Estate. Finally I decided that the time had come to put my passion to purpose; no more watching from the sidelines. I got my Education, I worked really hard to get my Real Estate License, I did whatever was necessary to be part of the industry. I worked incredibly hard to make my dream come true.
I love Real Estate, I love what I do. I immensely enjoy helping
people, and being apart of their success. Finding someone’s
Dream Home and making their dreams come true is an incredibly
rewarding experience. Building lasting relationships with clients is
