Attention developers - Development opportunity in Guelph’s old university district. Harcourt Memorial United Church is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced development partners to explore the future use of its property at 87 Dean Avenue.

Harcourt is seeking proposals from parties with demonstrated experience in residential or mixed-use development and the financial capacity to deliver a project of meaningful scale. Submissions should outline development concepts that optimize the use of the land while remaining compatible with the surrounding neighbourhood and responsive to community needs.

This EOI process represents an initial stage of evaluation and dialogue. No specific development program has been predetermined, however preferential consideration for creative approaches that remain harmonious with the surrounding neighbourhood and responsive to community needs.
