Dianna Fioravanti – From playing it safe to crushing it!

Born and raised in Kitchener-Waterloo, Dianna Fioravanti has built a career that combines global leadership with deep local pride. Today, she serves as President of Kuehne+Nagel Canada, one of the world’s leading logistics companies, where she leads 2,700 employees across 34 locations. Since stepping into the role in 2022, Dianna has been at the forefront of building resilient supply chains and inclusive cultures—most notably increasing female executive representation from 15% to 50%.

With more than 25 years of executive experience spanning logistics, sales, marketing, and insurance, Dianna is no stranger to breaking barriers. She was the first female regional executive for Kuehne+Nagel North America and previously served as CEO of Nacora and GFH Canada. Under her leadership, Kuehne+Nagel Canada has earned Great Place to Work certifications and recognition as one of the Best Workplaces in Transportation & Logistics.

But beyond titles and awards, Dianna is known for her passion for people. She serves as Executive Sponsor of Women in Logistics Leadership (WILL), mentors emerging leaders, and is a sought-after keynote speaker. Her message is clear: leadership is about connection, trust, and unlocking potential.
